Returns, Exchanges & Resizing Policy:

At Semper, every creation is made to order and finished specifically for you. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any Semper pieces.

 

Final Sale Policy:

All Semper products are final sale. This includes, without limitation, all rings, bracelets, necklaces, and any custom-made, made-to-order, or engraved designs. Once an order has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.

 

Ring Resizing:

Although our rings are final sale, we are pleased to offer a ring resizing service should your piece not fit.

• Resizing is available within a range of up to three sizes up or down, subject to design limitations.
• resizing is offered for an additional fee.

To request a resize, please contact us at info@semperofficial.com with your full name and order number.

Our team will confirm eligibility, resizing costs, and detailed return instructions.

 

Shipping Responsibility for Resizing:

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with resizing, including:

• Shipping the ring to us at Semper
• Return shipping back to you once resizing is complete.

All shipments must be sent using a secure, fully insured, and trackable service. Semper is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Resizing Conditions:

• Rings must be returned in clean, unworn condition and in their original packaging.
• Items that arrive worn, damaged, or altered may be refused or subject to a restoration fee.

 

Resizing Turnaround:

Once your ring has been received, please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for resizing, refinishing, quality control, and return delivery.

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all Semper orders.

All Semper pieces are made to order by our ateliers, then hallmarked and finished in London. Each creation is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please allow 3–5 weeks for production and delivery.

Orders are securely shipped using trusted delivery partners and are fully insured for complete peace of mind. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to follow its journey.
