Every Semper creation is meticulously crafted and inspected to uphold our standards of excellence. We offer a lifetime warranty on all Semper jewellery against manufacturing defects. Manufacturing defects may include, but are not limited to, structural faults or loose diamonds, gemstones, or settings present at the time of delivery. Should a manufacturing defect arise, Semper will repair the piece at no charge.

This lifetime warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratching, surface wear, stretched rings or chains, tarnishing, loss of stones due to impact, lost or stolen jewellery, or damage resulting from improper use, storage or cleaning. Diamonds and coloured gemstones are not guaranteed against chipping, breakage, or wear over time.

Any alteration, resizing, repair or servicing performed by a third party not authorised by ourselves at Semper will immediately void this lifetime warranty.
